Wellness Seminar Series: Fit and Healthy
Every month, we offer a new wellness seminar so we can stay as fit and healthy as we possibly can while we age. Our most recent seminar showcased an educational program designed to provide an overview on stretching and flexibility, and how it relates to fitness and physical wellness. Best yet, residents practice the technique and learn how to incorporate the activity into their daily lives.
