annah has been practicing Occupational Therapy for 16 years and has worked with the older adult population for the entirety of her career. Hannah specializes in dementia care, environmental safety, and health promotion and prevention. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and going to the beach. “Everyday I feel lucky that I get to work with individuals to help them realize and achieve their goals.” Hannah is excited to support health and wellness at Granite Ledges of Concord!
